My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi! We’re Acorn & Aspen—a pair of hilarious, affectionate, & athletic Alaskan Husky mixes looking for our forever home Together. We’re about 2–3 years old, 50 lbs each, spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, potty trained, full of personality.
We’re playful, cuddly, curious, & love people (including older kids, men, & women). We’re also very communicative—yes, we howl at sirens—& would thrive with an active person or family who enjoys hiking, running, or even dog sports.
We were found abandoned, but our foster humans have helped us learn tons: we know basic commands, “go to your room” (seriously), & we’re even learning to have our teeth brushed. We love being brushed, love snacks, & love each other.
A secure yard is required. We do best as only pets—we’re not trying to make fetch happen with other dogs, especially lady dogs. We’ve tried. It’s drama.—but trust us, we’re more than enough fun for one home!
Adopt us and get twice the love, twice the laughs, & the best adventure buddies ever.
