My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Cayenne was an owner surrender from a hoarding-type situation. He and 6 other cats were brought into FFAA; they had never been handled by another human other than their owner. They are all slowly but surely warming up and getting comfortable with human interaction. They were around many other cats and several dogs in their previous home.

Cayenne is a gorgeous mostly black cat with a noticeable salt and pepper silver/white ticking throughout his coat and a super cute, round head. He and his family have taken a little bit longer to warm up to all the new humans in their life, but recently it feels like Cayenne has taken a huge step forward! Friendly, affectionate, and social, he is coming out of his box (literally!) to greet friends, old and new.

If you are interested in one of our adoptable pets you can come by the Adoption Center and fill out an application, download one from our website, or submit a request to receive one by email. Once your application has been reviewed and approved we will have you and your potential new pet meet and greet. If you would like to adopt a dog we also ask that you bring along your current dogs to meet with them also!

If there are no reservations on either party, the adoption contract will be signed and you will get to take your new family member home.

All animals are spayed or neutered before adoption, have age appropriate vaccinations, and are microchipped.

Go meet their pets

All of our adoptable animals are available to be seen at the Faithful Friends Adoption Center located in Neosho, MO! We are open Wednesday, Thursday & Friday 11AM-6PM and Saturday & Sunday 10AM-4PM. We are closed to the public on Monday and Tuesday.

Please call in advance if you are driving from a distance to ensure that the animal you would like to adopt is still available!

Faithful Friends Animal Advocates, Inc is a non-profit organization commited to helping our community become a place where animals are treated with kindness and respect. Further, we want to be a voice for the welfare of animals in our community through various avenues.

The organization is comprised of volunteers who meet nearly weekly to organize events in order that we may serve the community successfully.
