Hello, my name is Sweetness. But don't let my name fool you, I'm a sassy girl too!

I love to run and jump and play with my toys. I'm a young pup, so I'm learning the ropes and foster mom says I'm doing great.

Sleeping through the night is one of my accomplishments. Cuddling and being close to my humans (both big and small) is my favorite....and biscuits too! If you want a spunky pup apply to meet me!

More about this rescue

PIPs key focus is dogs with special or medical needs (who we call Pip-abled), however, we have many non-PIP-abled dogs too! We made it easy to decipher PIP-abled verses non-PIP-able; simply look at each dogs picture and bio.

The Pioneers had a vision to take in the most urgent rescues no one else could which includes puppies, adult dogs, senior dogs, dogs with special needs and medical cases in and around North Carolina. Our main purpose is to rescue as many dogs in need as we can with a special focus on special needs.
