PIPs Rescue specializes in caring for dogs with elevated medical and special needs; however, we embrace inclusivity and welcome all dogs into the rescue. Our dogs with special needs or medical needs are indicated on their profile and makes up about 30% of all our dogs. PIPs dreams of a world where imperfection is perfection, ensuring that every dog receives the love they deserve. The vision relies on the support of adopters, fosters, volunteers and donors.
