My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Monkey, or Mr Monkey to his aquantences. This diminutive Chihuahua came from a home with other dogs and cats, and so gets along famously with all creatures he meets. He especially excels at the chihuahua speciality of snuggling under the covers with his foster parents. Monkey is about 10 or 11, it's hard to say, but he will be getting a much needed dental soon. He is content to lay in your lap or on a soft bed as long as he can snuggle with you come night time. Please apply for this sweet boy at apply.neshamarescue.org

More about this rescue

Neshama Rescue is an all volunteer independent, 501(c)(3) animal welfare and education organization. Our mission is to promote the rescue and adoption of companion animals, with a focus on senior and special needs pets. We believe every soul has intrinsic value and we seek to help communities see that value to create a kinder world. Our goals are to rescue animals from shelters, place them in loving foster homes, and adopt them out to forever homes, as well as strengthen our communities’ education, laws and regulations regarding animal overpopulation and care.
