My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

DOB: 2014

Meet Elsa – a little lovebug extraordinaire! Elsa came into our care when her owners could no longer care for her, and she is now looking for another family to love. She has a gorgeous coat of white fur and beautiful light-green eyes.

Her foster mother describes her affectionate personality: “Elsa wants to be on top of you all the time! She will beg for you to let her into your lap by tapping your lap a few times with her paw. Elsa loves getting your 100% attention and delights in snuggles. If you're not petting her, she will wrap herself around your legs until you do.”

Elsa is a youthful 10-year-old and will leap after toys with the enthusiasm and agility of a kitten. She is definitely a foodie and is always uber enthusiastic about mealtime and treats.  Elsa also has excellent manners and  will politely headbutt your hand as thanks before eating the treat from your hand.

Elsa is in good health other than she will require daily medication for hyperthyroidism. The prognosis for cats with hyperthyroidism is good as most cats respond well to medication. She likes to do stretch-and-scratch exercises, so she will need to have a good scratching post. She does startle easily, so she'd probably be best in a quiet household.

If you are looking for an affectionate cat companion, Elsa is the ideal cat for you. She is in a home with another cat but has not been exposed to dogs.

More about this rescue

We are small but growing group of volunteers who simply love cats. We are not-for-profit organization who rely on public donations and support to continue to operate and save the lives of many innocent cats and kittens. The majority of our cats & kittens are rescued from Kill shelters who are rescue friendly and allow us to take these cats who are slated for euthanasia because of a lack of space in the shelter. Foster homes are our life blood, we need foster homes year round. Volunteers to help us with fundraising events, garage sales, adoption centres etc are always welcomed.
