Hugo is a very gentle, socially awkward boy. He is shy to the point where he doesn't know what to do in new situations, and his first reaction is to run away. He took about a month to get comfortable in his foster home. He needs a safe spot and familiar faces. He is not a dog you would want to take for walks along a street, but is very happy with a fenced yard. He prefers another small dog for a companion because he relaxes with a friend. He wants people to pet and fuss over him when he knows them, especially women, and he's even a snuggler, given time. He loves to be praised for his beautiful ears. Age 2 years, weight 26 pounds.
