My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Sweet Pea, born September 17, 2023, is a long-haired beauty with big loving eyes—some say Sweet Pea resembles a Norwegian Forest cat! But for Sweet Pea, nothing is more fun than rough housing with her buddy Periwinkle — except maybe looking out the window and watching birds. When she is tired of bird watching and playing with Periwinkle, Sweet Pea will climb onto your lap and cuddle and wait for those loving pets and snuggles from you. She likes to be brushed and will purr like a locomotive when you do. Sweet Pea is closely bonded with her sweetheart Periwinkle, and they can’t wait to find their furever together family. If you live in Nassau, Queens, or Suffolk counties and would like to adopt two playful, sweet, adorable, gentle kittens who will give you (and each other!) unconditional love, please complete HUG’s online application at http://humaneurbangroup.org/adoption-application and HUG will get back to you in two flicks of a cat’s tail. You will be so glad you did!
