Meet Blaze, the sweetest purr machine! Looking for a snuggle buddy who promises to sleep through the night and stay off your counters? Blaze is your gal! Blaze is a gentle and relaxed gal who is people-oriented and cat-friendly. She loves a good nap, but will also engage in short bursts of hunting catnip toys or wands. She loves curling up next to you for petting on the sofa or in your bed, and will lull you to sleep with her purring.
Blaze is a senior lady who can use an occasional assist with grooming, and enjoys the convenience of pet stairs to get up onto a couch or a bed. Blaze will do fine and even thrive with friendly cats—Blaze’s sister Skye is also available for adoption, but they do not need to be adopted together.
Blaze is being treated for arthritis with a monthly injection of Solensia, which dramatically improves her mobility and gave her a new lease on life. Blaze is also in remission from diabetes, and her blood sugar is controlled by a prescription diet.
