Where does the dog stay when it is alone? In his kennel space. Currently he is in an outdoor facility among other dogs and the family that lives there.

Where does the dog sleep? On his doggy bed inside the foster family house.

Temperament/Personality: Bobby is initially reserved as it has been a process for him to start rebuilding trust with both people and himself. He seems to trust faster with adults but with time and trust enjoys the company of kids and other people. He transforms into the sweetest and most playful companion once he feels secure. He craves hugs and pampering and of course treats. His Joy shines when basking in the sun or exploring the garden. He gets along with dogs forming bonds of friendship with other canines. He loves toys and is playful and enthusiastic with them. Bobby loves walks and cuddles.

What does the dog's ideal home look like? Bobby will be the greatest company dog for a mature dog lover or as we say a "Mom and Dad`s dog" He will be the ideal house dog as he enjoys leisure daily walks and cuddles. A family who will consider opening their home to this resilient soul will witness the transformative power of love and enduring companionship and friendship. With proper introduction to kids and awareness that Bobby will be shy at first, he will also enjoy the company of kids. He is a non-reactive sweet soul with not a mean bone in his body.

What is the dog's rescue story? Bobby`s 1 year journey since rescued has been one of resilience and triumph. A survivor of abuse, abandonment and life in the streets, the extent of his hardships remains unknown, but reflected in demeanor when he was rescued. His one year recovery has been nothing short of remarkable. The first year was in a secluded and safe environment in a foster facility. Recently Bobby has been transferred to an open facility to be exposed to the outdoors and what the world can provide for him.

Bobby is waiting in Mexico until a family is committed to a trial with him. If you are interested, apply at www.northwestwagrescue.org his adoption fee is $550
