Looking for a ball of sunshine to brighten up your days? Meet Rita, the one-year-old shepherd who's bursting with happiness, playfulness, and boundless energy!
Rita isn't just your average pup; she's a ray of pure joy in fur form. With her wagging tail and infectious grin, she'll melt your heart from the moment you meet her. This happy-go-lucky girl is always wearing a smile, ready to spread happiness wherever she goes.
At just one year old, Rita is in the prime of her puppyhood, and she's determined to make the most of every moment. She's a bundle of energy, always eager to embark on new adventures and explore the world around her. Whether it's chasing after a favorite toy or frolicking in the great outdoors, Rita's zest for life is truly contagious.
But don't let her playful nature fool you - Rita is also a smart cookie with a heart of gold. She's eager to learn and thrives on mental stimulation, making her a breeze to train. With a little patience and positive reinforcement, she'll have all the tricks down pat in no time.
Rita's love for life extends not only to her human companions but also to her furry friends. She's a social butterfly who gets along famously with other dogs, making her the perfect addition to any canine-loving household. Whether she's romping around at the dog park or snuggling up for a nap with her four-legged pals, Rita is happiest when she's surrounded by friends.
This sweet shepherd isn't just a pet; she's a loyal companion who will fill your home with love, laughter, and endless tail wags. If you're ready to welcome a furry friend who's equal parts playful and affectionate, then head to our website www.hsnb.org and fill out an adoption interest form. Her $250 adoption fee helps cover her spay, microchip, and all of her shots (including rabies). Rita might just be the perfect match for you. Additional adoption info
We test animals for the following:
Dogs: Good with other dogs, possibly cats, food aggression, walks on leash, noting any other attributes we may know.
Cats: Good with other cats, litter box trained, noting any other attributes we may know.
We cannot test if any animal is good with children. We may know if an animal is possibly house trained, but cannot guarantee any animal in the shelter is house trained. We do not know if a dog is good with cats unless we are advised by a person surrendering the animal. We may have an idea of this depending on how the dog reacts to our community cats that live on the property.
