Welcome Girly to CCPAL Foster Program. She is a 3-year-old Shiatzu/Lhasa Apso breed dog. She has a soft coat and is the ultimate lap dog with the softest fur. She is good with other dogs, potty trained and good with children. She is not nippy with her small child sister. She makes the most adorable noise when she wakes up. It is a yawn, stretch and moan. This girl was found as a stray and a good Samaritan took her in and treated her for flees. She is smart and very social. She had some hair loss on her hind quarters due to fleas that are now gone. She is loving and will be a great dog for someone who likes a lap companion and cuddly dog. She is the middle-sized dog in her foster home and gets along well with a smaller female and larger dog. She is currently in Texas and can be adopted locally. This is a rare find in Rescue. Please be patient if you apply for her as she is a wonderful dog, cute and will get numerous applications. We will assess them for best fit before choosing a candidate. Many people want call backs and have questions. Please understand we are a small Rescue and don’t always have the resources to call each of you that have questions prior to putting in an application. We put a very thorough bio that is as accurate as we can be. We also include photos and videos to help you in your decision. This dog’s adoption fee is 400 and transport is 200. She can be adopted locally in Texas. We can work with one if the wonderful transporters to get her to Washington, Portland (Oregon), Minnesota, Vermont or all along the East Coast.
