My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hello everyone, Sheldon here! Just recently neutered and looking for my forever home to share lots of love! I am a very good boy, listen to my foster mom, learning to be patient, and I'm super handsome too. Hoping for a home with another dog friend to play with as I just love other dogs! I'm growing fast so might seem older but I am actually only 8 months. I prefer snuggling with my foster siblings over a crate but I dont get into any trouble when left alone! I just relax or play with my toys & friends. Love hikes, walk (I do great on a leash), or going for a ride with my face in the wind!

My favorite snack is popcorn!
Maybe we can share a bowl and watch Big Bang Theory or Young Sheldon together!

I do like to chase cats around, so your kitty may or may not like me.

I also like to hear myself talk and enjoy a good howl here & there so somewhere I need to be quiet probably wouldn't be best for me. But if you're lonely and need someone to talk to, I'm your guy! I have lots of love to give and hope it's with you!!

If your application is chosen and approved we will setup a meet and greet with the pet. You will hear back regardless if chosen or not.

We place the dogs in the best home not the first home. Please be patient while we go over all apps and we will be in touch.

We are foster based. You must apply on Crossyourpaws.com first. If your application is chosen as the best fit for the dog we will move forward with the approval process. Once approved you will be setup with a time to meet the dog. Our dogs are all over the greater Pittsburgh area.

Our goal is to make this world a place where starving, abused animals is a thing of the past. That shelters filled with dogs and cats waiting to be euthanized is unheard of. We want euthanasia to be something to help pets on their way to the Rainbow bridge not to end lives because of overpopulation. We vow to save every life that we can.
