My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Grace, a remarkable adult dog with a mind as sharp as a tack. Her intelligence is undeniable, she quickly learns new tricks and commands, making her a joy to train. Grace`s friendly demeanor makes her the perfect companion for anyone seeking a loyal friend. She`s also sweet as sugar, always ready to shower you with affection and love. However, Grace thrives best as the only pet in the house, longing for all your attention. She doesn`t just want to be a part of your life, she wants to be your world. Her unique combination of intelligence, friendliness, and sweetness makes her an irresistible companion. Adopting Grace means gaining a faithful friend who will brighten your days with her charm and wit. Give Grace the loving home she deserves and she will reward you with unconditional love and loyalty.

More about this shelter

We are an open admissions shelter, meaning we take in homeless animals regardless of age, breed, health, temperament or lack of space. On average, we take in about 5,500 stray, surrendered and abandoned animals per year including dogs, cats, small mammals, birds and reptiles. We provide adoption services to find safe, happy homes for these pets; and also provide low-cost vaccination and microchip clinics to help safeguard them against illness or being lost forever.
