My personality

My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Folly! He’s sweet and petite at around 40 lbs full grown. He was originally a resident at the Loudon County Animal Shelter from the time he was around 5 months old until he was approximately 1 years old. He is a shy guy but quick to warm up, especially with women! One of the volunteers at the shelter followed him to our rescue to continue working with him if that tells you how special Folly is! 🥰

Here at the rescue we have worked on plumping him up and building his confidence with new people! He has really come out of his shell and made quick friends with all the dogs here at the rescue. He also became a favorite of the 3 year old human on the property. We quickly figured out he loves kids who give him space initially to warm up at first. He LOVES snuggles and giving/receiving kisses! We are working on potty training with him and he has been using the doggie door pretty consistently to use the bathroom outside.

UTD on vaccines, on preventatives, and microchipped.

More about this rescue

WHY & HOW
Let us start by telling you the "WHY" and "HOW" woofwoof fosters was created. Our founder
moved to TN in February of 2019. Since moving here, she has seen a lot of
posts on Facebook and other social media sites about missing, neglected, homeless, abused dogs, and

overcrowded shelters and rescues. Our founder and her family rented houses while
searching for a place to buy that would accommodate animals. In 2022, they finally found
a home to buy! Now that they have a home and some land, they want to do what they can
to help! The dream is that one day rescue organizations won't be needed and that all
humans will see these beautiful furbabies for what they are….. love in the purest form. It
is part of woofwoof foster's mission to make this happen.
