Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Gino! (Foster Care)
Introducing Gino! An adorable just turned 1, male short hair kitten with a beautiful black coat and gorgeous eyes! According to Gino’s foster mom, he’s just wonderful; a very affectionate and sweet boy! He’s a very friendly boy who purrs a lot! Gino loves other cats and has lots of kitty friends at his foster home. His unique trait is what we refer to as the “kitty happy tail”, where he flicks his tail when he’s excited or happy! It’s SO cute! Gino has been around small dogs and he’s been totally fine with them. He’s never been around children, but we assume he would do fine with older, respectful kids. Gino would be happiest going to a home where he would have at least one kitty friend to hang out with and play with!
Gino’s story is that he was found as an outdoor feral kitten. He then went into foster care where he learned from people and animals alike, all about this new world! When he goes to his new home he will have to be given time to settle in, adjust and get to know his new people and new animal friends. He’s never been a skittish kitty. He doesn’t run and hide. But he will need time to settle into a new environment.
Gino eats both raw and canned cat food. He clearly prefers the raw food which is readily available through places like Woody’s Pet Food Deli. He will eat a good quality canned cat food as well, or a combination of both.
Gino has been neutered, up to date on all vaccinations, tested negative for FIV and FeLV. He uses his scratching post and has great litter box habits! He especially loves playing on and sunning himself on the tall cat tree at his foster home! He loves watching the birds and wildlife! There is absolutely no declawing allowed for Gino or any other cat.
Interested parties should contact Gino’s foster mom, at 612-247-7463. Do not contact Furball Farm regarding him.
