My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

"Even the smallest feline is a work of art." That reminds us of our dear Bill.

From feral to friend! Sweet Bill is around 4 years old. He came from a colony where the person feeding noticed he was the most laid back and gentle of the bunch. He sustained a mouth injury that left him without his lower lip, so his caretaker was kind enough to wet his kibble for him each day. Finally, Bill was trapped and neutered, but couldn't be released again due to his mouth injury - so off to foster he went to learn the comforts of home. And he is learning fast!!

Bill is loving the cushy life. He's ready to put his wild past behind him for good! Like any kitty who is adjusting to indoor life for the first time, Bill can be a little skittish at first. He thrives on a good routine where he can look forward to his food, treats, and scritches each day. An ounce of patience will reward you with a lifetime of Bill companionship! He goes nuts for his yummy treat tubes. He loves to loaf around with you. He loves to be petted and brushed, though sometimes gets a little overstimulated since touch is still quite new for him! He is picking up on this new life so quickly and is ready to meet his forever family.

Bill is FIV+, but no worries! Cats with FIV can still live long, happy, healthy lives and we would be happy to tell you more about it. FIV is typically only transmitted through a deep bite and Bill is friendly and gentle with other kitties, he has no interest in biting anyone!
