Bio: Ada has been with her foster family for less than 48 hours and has already shown what an angel she is! When she first entered the home, she happily went right up to the kids. She loves to snuggle them, and is tolerant of all toddler shenanigans; although her foster kids are very respectful mainly just loud! Ada came from Alabama with her puppy, and has shown some distaste for the snow here in Wisconsin! Foster mom made her a fleece sweater and she’s tolerating the outdoors better now. She sleeps like a bug in a rug all night without accidents. She is doing great learning that the back door is where we head when we need to go potty ♥ï¸ we can’t say enough good things about this absolute sweetie pie! Our Pack Animal Rescue, Inc. Submit Application

Home Check

We ask for a virtual home tour (pictures or videos) Can be submitted through the application or when we contact.

3.
Interview

We will discuss what your looking for and if the current pet fits that or match you with someone who does . Done via phone.

4.
Approve Application

There is 3 days from time of approved app to determine a meet and greet

5.
Meet the Pet

All household members must be present and any current dogs.

6.
Sign Adoption Contract

Fee is paid. Adoption photo (if adopter is okay with ) is taken

7.
Take the Pet Home

Additional adoption info

We keep our applications on file for a year. We try very hard for the best match all around. Definitely can switch the dog you applied for if a better fit is found.

We are a foster based rescue so unles we have am adoption event (usually hosted at appleton petsmart) we require an approved application on file to make an appointment to see whom interests you.
