Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Today is a great day; it’s my official debut! It’s me, Ralphie, and I am filled with zoomies and excitement knowing that I am finally ready to find my forever family!
I’ve been hanging in my foster home for the past 7 weeks recovering from a knee injury, and more importantly, learning how to be the absolute goodest boy. On Friday my dog-tor gave me the all clear, so now I can tell you all about me! Im 5 months old and almost 30 pounds, which means I’m going to be a big dog when I’m all grown up. We aren’t so sure what I’m mixed with, but I have a lucious, soft coat and extra long legs.
I love to play and rough house with other dogs, but also know how to respect the personal space of the grumpy ones. I’m fully potty trained and will let you know when I need to go out, but I also hold it all night with no problemos!
I’m a bit of a toy connoisseur and love to make the stuffed ones go kaboom. If you have a toy basket at home, I’ll be sure to give each one a thorough investigation. For the most part, I know to limit my chewing to toys only, but you should probably keep your socks in the laundry basket just in case.
I’ve been learning lots of things in my foster home and have mastered how to walk nicely on a leash, sit and stay, waiting politely for my food and crate training! My coolest trick is that not only can I chase my tail, but I can catch it. I know, I’m pretty darn advanced for my age.
Foster ma says I’m what you call a shadow dog. If you’re cooking, I’ll lay by your feet in the kitchen. If you’re taking a shower, I’ll bring a toy and hang on the bathroom mat. If you’re watching tv on the couch I’ll be right there by your side. If you have to leave the house, that’s okay too, I know how to settle right down and snooze until you return.
In a nutshell, I’m a sweet, playful, goofy boy who will keep you smiling and laughing all day.
