My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Birthdate:  07/13/2023

Breed: One of a kind

Weight:   31.2 lbs

With a name as warm and inviting as Cinnamon, this beautiful girl is sure to sprinkle a dash of sweetness into your life! Her coat, a stunning spectacle of rich, warm hues, radiates beauty from every strand, reminiscent of the spice she's named after. At first, Cinnamon might come across as a little shy when encountering new faces. Yet, just like the first cautious dip into a spice jar, give her a moment, and you'll find a world of flavor waiting to be discovered.

Cinnamon truly shines when in the company of other dogs, their presence acting like a secret ingredient that helps her emerge from her shell. Her playful nature is contagious, and watching her romp around with her toys is a delightful treat in itself, almost as much as she enjoys indulging in her favorite snack, cheese.

A lover of the outdoors, Cinnamon finds joy in the simple pleasures of a walk around the block, each step an adventure waiting to be explored. On days when the sun decides to grace the world with its warmth, you'll find her basking in its glow, soaking up the rays and reveling in the bliss of a good sunbathe.

In a world full of endless flavors, Cinnamon is the perfect spice to add that special touch to your life. With her love for fun, affinity for companionship, and a personality as inviting as her name, she promises to fill your days with warmth, laughter, and endless cuddles. Bring Cinnamon into your life, and let her show you the true essence of joy and companionship.

Walk-ins are welcome! Stop by during our open hours to meet our available dogs!!

Before you can adopt, please complete an adoption questionnaire on our website at pawscrossedny.org/dog-adoption-questionnaire. If you have any questions, please email us at adoptions@pawscrossedny.org for more information. Please understand that we cannot hold any pets. All adoptions are done on a first come, first adopt basis for pre-approved applicants.

The Shelter software system requires that we choose a predominant breed or breed mix for our dogs. Visual breed identification in dogs is unreliable so for most of our dogs we are only guessing at predominant breed or breed mix. We encourage you to select your new companion by considering each dog's individual personality and pet qualities instead of relying on a breed label that is only a guess.
