My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Birthdate:  03/13/2022

Breed: One of a kind

Weight:   50 lbs

Who could resist the soulful eyes and stunning brindle coat of a certain charming fellow named Bubba? Not us, and we're guessing you won't be able to either! Bubba, our sweet but initially shy gentleman, is navigating the world one paw at a time and looking for a patient family to show him the ropes. This lovely boy has a heart of gold, and while he may take a little while to come out of his shell, the wait is absolutely worth it. Bubba's friendly nature shines when he's around his canine companions, showcasing that he's not only good-looking but has an impeccable character to match.

He's still in the early stages of his adventure, learning what being part of a loving family truly means. With kindness and patience, Bubba will undoubtedly blossom into an even more incredible companion. If you've been searching for a furry friend who's eager to love and be loved, look no further. Bubba's here, brimming with potential and ready to embark on a lifetime of happiness with you. Are you ready to guide him through this exciting journey?

Walk-ins are welcome! Stop by during our open hours to meet our available dogs!!

Before you can adopt, please complete an adoption questionnaire on our website at pawscrossedny.org/dog-adoption-questionnaire. If you have any questions, please email us at adoptions@pawscrossedny.org for more information. Please understand that we cannot hold any pets. All adoptions are done on a first come, first adopt basis for pre-approved applicants.

The Shelter software system requires that we choose a predominant breed or breed mix for our dogs. Visual breed identification in dogs is unreliable so for most of our dogs we are only guessing at predominant breed or breed mix. We encourage you to select your new companion by considering each dog's individual personality and pet qualities instead of relying on a breed label that is only a guess.
