Maxim, formally Acct Philly time stamp Marshmallow, has been healing from his previous tail trauma. We promise his nub is the cutest thing to exist. He absolutely adores people and dogs and has done well with older children while in our care. This handsome guy is as sweet and social as it gets. He keeps us on our toes with his husky antics but brings so much joy to everyone he meets. He would love somewhere forever to sunbathe.

Noah's Ark Rescue Project and Sanctuary (NARPS) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit animal welfare organization which is dedicated to rescuing, rehabilitating, and rehoming animals in need, as well as educating the public on important issues, and implementing low cost vaccination and sterilization clinics. Our goal is to address vital contributing factors which lead to the overpopulation of domesticated pets. Overbreeding and overpopulation directly affects the number of animals who find themselves in shelters and in need of rescuing. NARPS is currently operating mainly as a foster based program, with ambitions to eventually have a facility to house for our rescues. We are not a breed or species specific rescue, At NARPS, big & small, hooves & paws, we rescue them all!
