My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

ALSO AVAILABLE FOR FOSTER TO ADOPT!
Faith is an amazing lady! At 10 years old, her previous humans left her behind in a box when they moved. She stayed there day after day, waiting for them to come back, but they never did.

Faith has been thoroughly examined by our private veterinarian. She was diagnosed with hyperthyroidism, a tongue deformity and arthritis in her hips. Her thyroid medication is applied on her ear transdermally each day and her thyroid levels are now normal.

Her tongue deformity does not bother her! She likes to eat and groom herself just like any other cat! All she wants is a forever human who will love her unconditionally and never abandon her.

Faith has an enormous amount of love to give and she desperately wants a second chance at life with humans who cherish her.

Black cats are half as likely as other cats to be adopted from shelters.

Black cats are considered bad luck because of ignorance and superstition.

Black cats are often passed over because they don't photograph well, but they are beautiful in person

Having black fur is a death sentence for most black cats

Black cats are just as lovable and deserving of homes and families as all other cats
