Adopt this gal and you'll get to enjoy Paradise every day! Her journey has definitely not been an easy one but that just makes her enjoy life even more! Paradise was found very pregnant wandering an unfamiliar town. Unfortunately, none of her pups survived. This poor Mama found herself without her family, without her babies and heartworm positive. Thankfully, some kind people and Dolly's stepped up to give her love, comfort, and heartworm treatment. Today, Paradise is a happy lady who loves to be around her people. She is house and kennel-trained so mark that off the to-do list! She also LOVES playing fetch with any toy she can find. She also enjoys a good stuffy but they don't last long with her chompers. Paradise is a good girl, she seems to know what are toys and what aren't leaving shoes alone and also listening well to redirection when needed. Paradise does get along with most other dogs, but she prefers not to share her toys. We'd love for her to be the center of someone's universe, but if you have another furbaby, it's important that Paradise meets them. She likes to be in charge so a more laid-back pup would be the best fit. At the end of the day, she loved to cuddle on the couch(or your lap!). Paradise really is a gem! If you're willing to give her lots of love and pets, she'll happily reward you with big kisses! Can you give this sweet gal the happily ever after she deserves?
Paradise is a Boxer/Black Lab mix (our best estimate of breeds) who was was born approximately 8-6-19 and weighs 65 lbs. She is spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, given flea/tick preventative, dewormed, provided life-saving heartworm treatment and started on heartworm prevention. Adoption fee is $400 to help offset the many expenses we have for vetting costs. We rely strictly on adoption fees and donations to continue to save the lives of orphaned & abandoned pets; 100% goes towards their care. If you are going on vacation, or cannot take when the pet is available, please wait to apply until you are ready to adopt. We do out of state/area adoptions, but approved adopters are required to come to an adoption appointment, we do not ship pets. The final approval to adopt is after we have met applicants and feel they are the right match for that particular pet.
