Meet Zane! Zane is a big boy with an even bigger heart and lots of love to give! He adores people and wants nothing more than to make you happy. Not only is he great with people, but he's amazing with other dogs! Zane loves to play, go for walks, and curl up next to you when it's time to chill. He truly is an all around great dog! Zane is eagerly awaiting his forever home, filled with belly rubs, playtime, and endless love. Could you be the one to make his dreams come true? Zane is a Labrador Retriever/Great Pyrenees mix, weighs 80 pounds, and was born on 2/26/2022. He is neutered, microchipped, current on vaccinations, and flea/tick/heartworm preventative. The Bulverde Area Humane Society is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. Founded in 1983 by Dolores Caldwell, BAHS is a no-kill shelter caring for up to 400 dogs and cats annually. The shelter resides on 3.25 acres of park-like land and houses indoor/outdoor kennels, a cattery, nursery/medical recovery building, agility fields, and fenced-in play yards.
BAHS is powered by volunteers and overseen by a Board of Directors. Our volunteers ensure the dogs and cats get plenty of exercise, playtime, and unlimited cuddles, love, and affection.
