My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Sweetheart! She is true to her name- a total sweetheart! She wants nothing more than to curl up with you and get as many pets as possible. She does well on a leash and also has a playful side to her!
After spending some time at ACS, Sweetheart was one of 40 dogs that were picked up by a rescue group. They were then all brought to a boarding facility, where they were abandoned by said rescue group. Confused about why she's bouncing around from place to place, Sweetheart has still remained happy and kind to everyone she meets. This pretty girl deserves to find a permanent forever home where she will receive as much love as she gives ??
Thanks Sara Winder Photography for some amazing photos of this sweet girl!
Sweetheart is a Shepherd mix, weighs 64 pounds, and was born on 4/4/2022. She is spayed, microchipped, current on vaccinations, and flea/tick/heartworm preventative.
Sweetheart must be an indoor dog, meaning she sleeps in the home setting and does not live outside. If you are interested in adopting Sweetheart, please email bahshelter@yahoo.com. If there are other dogs in your home, we require a meet and greet. Meet and greets can schedule via email at bahshelter@yahoo.com.
All of the current pets in your home must be spayed/neutered and up to date on vaccinations.
Thank you!
