Foster cat's bio for their adoption profile: Ira is the sweetest marmalade boy! He came to SCAT as a stray with a large head wound that is now in it's final stages of successful healing. He adapted to indoor life right away and rolled over for belly rubs on day one! Ira is very affectionate and loves nothing more than curling up with his foster family and being lazy. He is likely between one and two years old, and is medium energy. He likes to play but usually not for very long. He is completely fine with calm dogs, and we don't think he would have any problems with children or other cats.

More about this rescue
Since 1996 SCAT Street Cat Rescue's prime focus has been feral cats because of the limited options available for them. TNR is a successful option instead of the traditional trap and kill. The majority of the cats rescued by SCAT, however, are socialized and available for adoption. As the city grows, so to does the need for our services. Adopt, Donate, Volunteer, TODAY!
