My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Nelli is a wonderful and affectionate cat. Her favourite time of day is when you come home from work and give her pets. Some of her favourite things are treats and pate, drinking water from the tap, playing hide and seek, nuzzling her face against you, and watching for your return out the window while you're away. Her first day in our home she spent exploring and going from person to person asking for pets. She is vocal and persistent, especially when she's hungry. She's also playful and especially likes her wand and the laser pointer. Nelli is a loving companion who enjoys spending her time at your side.

Our Adoption Centre is a free roaming space where the animals are allowed to mingle with the people who come to visit. Come relax on the couches and have a cozy lap warmer. We are located at the corner of 50th & Faithfull Avenue.

Since 1996 SCAT Street Cat Rescue's prime focus has been feral cats because of the limited options available for them. TNR is a successful option instead of the traditional trap and kill.
