Hello, I am Yuri, and I'm a 2 year old girl kitty with sleek black fur. Apparently I'm what is known as a 'house panther', because I look like a miniature version of a big black panther! I am slightly cross-eyed, which I have been told is 'adorable', whatever that means. I don't mind if you come see me and try to pet me. I'm ready to get out of this cage and get into a house so I can live up to my house panther roots!

The adoption fee covers the following: spay or neuter surgery; one-year rabies vaccine; feline or canine distemper vaccine; heartworm test (dogs) or combo (fiv/felv) test (cats); deworming; and microchip.

The hours of operation are: Monday through Wednesday 12:30 pm till 4:30 pm; Thursday 12:30 pm till 6:00 pm; Friday 12:30 pm till 4:30 pm; Saturday 9:00 am till 4:00 pm. The Carroll County Animal Shelter will be closed the last Friday of every month for deep cleaning, staff training, and animal enrichment.
