 My name is Stone Cold Steve Austin! I am a black boy kitty who is 1 year old, and despite my name, the only cans I want to open up are full of cat food! I may be rough around the edges, but I have a heart of gold. I like to be held, so you can definitely pick me up for a cuddle instead of a throw-down. Now, I do very much like to play, so I'm down for that, and for pets. I might give you a love bite, and it might be a bit on the hard side, but I'm not trying to hurt you, just trying to hold onto you. I want to find a great furever friend who will love my generally calm, cool personality. The adoption fee covers the following: spay or neuter surgery; one-year rabies vaccine; feline or canine distemper vaccine; heartworm test (dogs) or combo (fiv/felv) test (cats); deworming; and microchip.

The hours of operation are: Monday through Wednesday 12:30 pm till 4:30 pm; Thursday 12:30 pm till 6:00 pm; Friday 12:30 pm till 4:30 pm; Saturday 9:00 am till 4:00 pm. The Carroll County Animal Shelter will be closed the last Friday of every month for deep cleaning, staff training, and animal enrichment.
