Maple arrives in Wisconsin on April 7th.

Maple was found in a crate on the side of the road in Texas. She was very pregnant and left to fend for herself. Thankfully, she was rescued and had her puppies in a loving foster home. Her puppies (the tree-named litter) have all been adopted in Wisconsin, but Maple had to stay behind in her foster home and undergo heartworm treatment. Maple is wrapping up her treatment and all has gone very well.

Maple lives with lots of other dogs in her foster home and does well with all of them. Overall, Maple is a chill dog, but if another furry friend engages her in play, she will play along. Maple loves to sleep in bed with her foster family and would expect to do the same in her forever home. She also would prefer not to be crated as she likes to be near her family members. She is a sweet dog and would love a quiet home where her people are home often.

Our process includes an approved application, reference checks, a homevisit, and once
approved a meet and greet with the dog. Adoption fee is $250.
