HI THERE, I'M IVY, a 3-year-old Siberian Husky girl, currently in the Greater Seattle area. I've got a heart as big as a park and a spirit as bright as sunshine. I'm a sweet soul, always ready to share my warmth with you. I'm pretty smart too, I've been told. I love exploring, sniffing out new things, and can slip out of a collar in no time. I'm also quite independent, content to entertain myself, but I do love humans. Your company will my favorite pastime. I'm mellow for a husky, never one for unnecessary fuss. And I'm cuddly, I love a good snuggle. My curiosity keeps life interesting, and my gentleness makes me a great companion.
I was rescued from a California shelter, where I had a kennel mate. But I can be a bit of an alpha girl, so my canine companion would need to be pretty special and understanding of my bossy girl ways.
