My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Kobi, a large 5-year-old adult Boxer/Pit mix with a heart of gold. He was rescued from a crowded shelter in California, where he came in with a Chihuahua. The little dog got adopted and Kobi was left behind (until he was rescued!). He loves the water, loves to play, and always has a smile to give.

This gentle giant, weighing in at 87 pounds, is a true couch potato. His mellow nature makes him the perfect companion for cozy evenings in. But don't let his laid-back demeanor fool you: Kobi is smart and independent. He's a quick learner, always eager to please. Kobi is also shy, but once he warms up to you, he's incredibly loyal and friendly. His favorite pastime? Lounging! Kobi would do best in a quiet home where he can live a quiet lifestyle. Meet the Pet

After an initial interview, we work to set up a meet and greet with the new pet.

Additional adoption info

We work hard to match the right dog with the right person or people. Often people inquire about one dog, but end up adopting a different dog that is a better fit. We have many dogs to choose from and are able to successfully match people with their forever companions.

Go meet their pets

We do private meet-and-greets only.
