This is Mercy. She is a one year old 20 pound terrier mix who was pulled from an overcrowded shelter. Mercy is the queen of everything. She gets along great with cats and dogs. She likes to spend her day outside being nosy and chasing balls. She is great on a leash but can be super wiggly if you go to pick her up. She loves car rides and long walks. Mercy would be a great first dog for an older kid or a great family pet.
Friends of Jackson County Animal Shelter Pets (FJCASP) is a foster-based rescue for dogs and cats. All pets are in a home environment cared for by a foster person who provides temporary care until the pet can be placed in a permanent home. Friends of Jackson County is an all-volunteer, nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization.
