Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Hi! I’m Leif, PACC adoption ID: A834151. I am a 7 year old neutered male GS dog. I have lived with my foster mom for about a week. I also share space with a six pound terrier dog named Stinker. I give her a wide berth because I’m pretty sure she is the boss. I immediately made myself at home, finding the doggie door and doing my business outside. My foster mom walks me every morning for about an hour. I walk right beside her to protect her, but I do take my cues from her when other dogs are walking by. I have never barked at them or acted aggressively in any way. My foster mom has discovered my love of chasing the ball. It has become quite the game as, you see, my eyesight is not so good. The vet says I have Pannus which will require lifelong medication for control. Mom just rubs a bit into my eyes about 3 times a day and I like it. I am very comfortable in the house, but I enjoy my outside time too especially if there is a ball included. Mornings begin for me with cuddles. I love my cuddles, then it’s off for breakfast and my walk. We have baby wild bunnies which I pretty much could care less about but mom makes me stop so she can watch them some. Overall, I am a pretty active, healthy boy just waiting for someone who likes to hike, stare at the sunsets, and overall just be my friend.
