My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

🐾JUJU🐾
***Please read my full bio to make sure I am a good fit for your home.
***An application must be submitted prior to a meet and greet. Application link is below. (Indoor-only, no declawing, Utah residents only, 21+.)

Hello, lovely humans! My name is Juju, and I'm here to sprinkle some magic into your life! 🌟😸

Let me start by saying, if you're in need of a furry friend who's as friendly and affectionate as they come, then look no further – because that's me! I have a heart full of love and a penchant for cuddling up in laps. Speaking of laps, they're my absolute favorite spot to be! There's nothing I love more than curling up in a cozy spot and soaking up all the warmth and love from my humans. I'm what you might call a professional lap cat – I've even got a certificate to prove it! 😉

But don't let my love for lounging fool you – I'm also quite the social butterfly. I adore my people and thrive on their companionship. Whether you're working from home or binge-watching your favorite TV show, you can bet I'll be right there by your side, keeping you company and offering up plenty of purrs and headbutts.

Oh, and did I mention that I'm a bit of a foodie? Wet food and treats are like music to my ears – or should I say, like the purrfect melody? A tasty snack is sure to earn you some extra snuggles and head bumps from yours truly!

** I need an indoor-only home with plenty of room to run around, cat trees to climb on and beds to curl up in. I need family who will give me time to adjust and a whole lot of love. **

I do great with other cats after proper introductions. I haven’t been around dogs before, so I’m not sure how I will do with them. I do well with respectful, older children and I am litter box trained.

If you're searching for a furry companion who's friendly, affectionate, and always up for a good cuddle session, then I think we'll get along famously. I can't wait to sprinkle some juju magic into your life! My son, Stache, is also available for adoption! 😺💖

More about this rescue

Friends of Community-Cats Rescue is a 501c3 non-profit organization, with an incredible team of volunteers, dedicated to rescuing and saving the lives of cats and kittens whom are abandoned, neglected, sick, injured, unwanted or would otherwise be euthanized in shelters. We work with multiple shelters in Utah and are part of the Best Friends Animal Society Coalition aiming to make Utah a no-kill state.
We take in the abandoned, abused, unwanted, neglected, geriatric and neonatal, sick and injured and cats with severe behavioral problems. We get the cats medical care, rehabilitation and bring them back to health and prepare them for adoption. We have a great adoption program in which we spay/neuter, vaccinate and microchip the cats and kittens before placing them into loving, adoptive homes.
We participate in Trap-Neuter-Return for community cats. We provide food, shelters and medical care for more than 100 community cats daily. We also assist low income families with medical care and food for their animals.
We are 100% volunteer and foster based and rely on donations from the public to keep our organization running. We mostly focus on cats, however we do help other animals as well, such as dogs, small animals and livestock.
Our director, Kali Cristaudo, founded this organization in 2012. Since then, we have grown so much, formed an incredible team of volunteers and have saved thousands of lives and we will continue to save more and more lives every year.
