My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

This sweet boy has been in a shelter and boarding for 6wks now, while we’re looking for his forever home! This is far too long for a puppy!! He should be outside, playing, meeting people and exploring. He desperately needs a foster home, until we can find his forever home. Emerson is a sweet as can be 14wk old puppy that is ready for his forever home. He is currently about 22lbs and should be approx 60 lbs or so when full grown He is a very sensitive, gentle tempered boy that would love to have another dog in the home to learn from. He enjoys wrestling and cuddling with his sister and he gets along great with his foster dogs and kitties so other animals in the home would be ideal. Even though he’s a bit insecure, he also loves people to pet him and cuddle with him. With an experienced, patient person he’ll be a confident boy in no time. Emerson is very smart and food motivated so even though he needs more training, he learns very quickly and he’s eager to please. He appears to be Shepherd Lab mix, but we’re not quite sure. Whatever he is, he is gentle, social, playful pup that would make an excellent addition to an easy going but active family with school age kids. He must have a 6ft or higher, securely fenced yard. Because of his young age, he should not be left alone for more than 4-5hr intervals.
