Macho is a sweet and smart 2 year old 50 lb red heeler mix in need of a loving fur-ever home! He is crate and potty trained, but is still working on queues as to show when he needs to go out. He sleeps wonderfully in his crate at night with no issues. He would thrive the best with a family who has someone home with him most of the time to give lots of snuggles, attention and play time. Even a fur-sibling would make him a happy boy! A big, fenced in back yard with room to run and play would be ideal. Macho is wonderful with everyone that he meets, people and other dogs alike. He would be best suited in a home without kids under the age of 4, as he isn’t quite sure what to make of them. He is also great in the car and loves car rides!

Adoption fees are $225 for dogs over 6 months and $250 for dogs 6 months and younger. This fee includes spay/neuter, rabies shot if dog is over 4 months old, parvo/distemper shots up to the time of adoption, fecal check, microchip, and all dogs are heartworm negative.

The dogs/puppies in our organization have been rescued from high-kill animal shelters located in Illinois and Indiana.
