This quiet, thoughtful little bun is happiest when he has a cozy box or small hideaway to call his own. He’s the perfect companion for calm, introverted souls—those who love to read, write, or scroll TikTok in peaceful silence (he promises not to judge your algorithm). While Einstein may seem standoffish at first, he prefers the quiet company of someone nearby. He’s a loner at heart, but not one who wants to be alone.
FUN FACTS
• Tiny, perfect poops (yes, we went there).
• Loves harder hays and the occasional strawberry & apple, especially if you hold it for him.
• Prefers his greens served in a small glass bowl, thank you very much.
• Not food motivated. Cilantro & banana don’t impress him. But crunchy organic apples? Now we're talking.
• Loves to chew about anything. Cardboard, paper, toys, & anything to keep those little teeth busy.
On day one in foster, Einstein celebrated his freedom with four binkies proving big joy lives in small packages. In foster care, he enjoys free roaming (supervised) 3x a day to let off steam and build confidence. And he loves a good tunnel or his carrier, which he’ll happily use as a campsite.
Einstein needs:
• A calm, quiet home with spa music and nature sounds, yes; loud noises and barking pets, no thank you.
• An x-pen or secure rabbit-proofed space to help him feel safe.
• A simple, low stimulation environment where he can grow at his own pace.
Einstein is the minimalist bun you didn’t know you needed. A low-key, quirky, & sweet in his own unique way. He’s not a cuddle bug, but he’s a quiet presence who makes any space feel more peaceful.

More about this rescue
We are a rescue for HIGH RISK rabbits. Most have been confiscated by animal control or from other life and death situations. Our bunnies were forgotten, neglected, or worse. These bunnies have been through some nightmare situations.
Adoption includes:
* spay or neuter
* RHDV vaccination
* vet and health care given during foster as needed
* good bunny behaviors and socialization addressed during foster
We've saved their lives, nurtered them back to health and help them to trust humans again. They're now ready to find their PERSON. They're ready to experience what BUN LIFE is meant to be, and to show you how much entertainment and love they can give. If you're interested in applying for adoption or becoming a foster, we're here to help you every step of the way.
PLEASE NOTE that due to the volume of rabbits coming in directly from animal control, WR is NOT able to take in owner surrenders. We WILL try our best to help you through whatever issues you are having so that you can keep your rabbit as a beloved companion pet. DO contact us for advice!
