Meet Phantom! Phantom is a huge sweetie, he loves other cats and would do well with a friend. He's a big purr machine but despite that, he's pretty independent. He'll come cuddle up to you when he's feeling snuggly. Just because he's independent doesn't mean he isn't cuddlebug when he feels like it!
