Ohhhh, Love Bug Libby. This (roughly) two-year old was found as a stray, and came from a kill shelter in Georgia with four of her babies, and she immediately stole everyone's heart. Desperate for affection, she doesn't stop trying to cuddle, snuggle, and make you happy. She never experienced the joys of being a family pet, so was a little confused by mundane things like leashes, dog beds, toys and potty training, but after some time with her foster family, she is getting better at all of them everyday. She walked into the foster home on day-one and acted like she had always lived there, so she is very adaptable and not skittish like some shelter dogs can be. She is eager to learn and even more eager to please, always following someone around to "check things out", and will claim any spot on a couch that's next to a human. She will need a family that is comfortable teaching her "how to dog", as she still has moments of pulling on her leash, and is not completely housebroken yet (but is getting much better every day). She is not spayed yet, but the adoption fee includes a $100 reimbursement to a vet of your choice, or she can be spayed at our vet and at our cost. She is also up to date on all vaccines/deworming. She loves car rides and her doggie brother, is curious about her kitty siblings, but loses interest as soon as they leave the room. All Liberty needs is a family that is looking for a playful Love Bug; she is a great dog and her foster family will miss her so much when she finds her forever home. Reach out to Angie's Stray Foundation today to meet Liberty, as this gentle girl will not be available for long!
