Angie’s Stray Foundation Inc. is a 501c3 non-profit founded to rescue stray and neglected cats and dogs in the Oxford PA area and from kill shelters across the USA. We are foster based and provide vet care to discarded or abused animals to get them ready for their forever home.

All applications are reviewed by our adoption team, once application has been approved, we will contact the potential adopter for a meet and greet. We reserve the right to reject an application if we determine that our foster is not a good fit for the applicant.
