Here's what the humans have to say about me:

This sweet lady is Miss Pecan! Pecan is a walking ray of sunshine with a big ol' smile on her face! She came to us as a stray and was never reclaimed by her previous family.

Pecan is a higher energy girl that loves to play hard and love even harder. She does great in the fenced yard out back and seems to have a decent recall. She keeps a clean kennel through the day and is interested in making doggie friends. We have not yet cat-tested her, but we're pretty confident she'll be alright with them.

If you've stopped by our shelter in the short time she's been here you've likely heard her singing in the back....although her singing sounds more like a squawking chicken. Hey, at least she's entertaining!

Once an application is filled out for animal of interest, the adoption coordinator and director will review app.
*Vet reference- will call vet and verify you are a client
*Current pets- must be up to date on vaccinations
*If renting- will contact landlord to verify can have pets
Can take 1-3 days for approval or denial. Please be patient with us.
Animals are not first come, first serve. We work to find the best homes possible for not only the adopters, but our animals.
