My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Buster is the happiest little dog you will ever meet. It's hard to look at him and not smile. He came to us kind of scraggly but after a nice grooming, a dental and some TLC, he is feeling fine. Buster lost his loving home when his owner passed away. We are looking for the perfect home for him to live out his golden years. Buster has Cushing's Disease but is not needing treatment at this time. Cushing's disease (also known as Cushing’s syndrome) is a condition in which the adrenal glands overproduce certain hormones. Don't let this stop you from adopting this special senior. Did we mention he is great with other dogs?

WANT TO MEET Buster

The first step would be for you to go to our website at www.aear.org and then to the “Adopting a Pet” page to read about our Adoption Process which will answer many of your questions and then to fill out an Adoption Application.

Also, please visit our very active Facebook Page for updates on Buster and our other adoptable pets with AEAR - www.facebook.com/aear.org

All our animals available for adoption are living in foster homes. This gives us the ability to really get to know the animals we have available and find them families that are a good fit for them based on their personalities. We do not have a shelter to visit the animals.
