Sydnie is the sweetest girl ever! Sydnie loves to cuddle and will happily sit in your lap as you work. If you sit on the couch, she will jump up for cuddles, and if you sit next to her, she will immediately shimmy over to get close. She sleeps most of the day, and doesn't require too much exercise, but loves to play a couple times a day and take a couple walks to see the sights. She does really well with city living. She is the friendliest dog on the street and is eager to say hi to every dog! She loves to play with other dogs, and would likely thrive in a home with another dog, but definitely not necessary. She wins over every person she meets and is beloved around the neighborhood. Several passerby have even asked if she is a puppy due to her "youthful glow". Her coat is white with black spots, and she has big ears with the same coloring, resulting in the nickname "cow pig". And when she has the zoomies, she does a hilarious "hop" that adds "jack rabbit" to her string of animal associations. Sydnie's fun-loving spirit, affection, and quirks have brought her foster mom so much joy, and she'll bring that much and more to her forever family!

ALL adoptions require a completed application and final contract. The application can be found at WaldosRescue.org and once you are approved to adopt you will be put in touch with the foster to see if it’s a good match. We are a RESCUE not a shelter. We conduct veterinary and personal reference checks during the application approval process. We are unable to contact every applicant for every dog. We will select the best applicant for each dog, based on the dogs needs.
Waldos Rescue Pen is a 501c3 whose primary focus is rescuing dogs from the euthanasia list from high kill shelters throughout the United States
