Maeve!
Maeve is an approx 6 yr old golden retriever who joined us recently after she was released from the commercial farm she previously called home, for unknown reasons (usually age and no longer useful for breeding). Whatever the reason we are honored to be tasked with finding Maeve her forever family.

Maeve is on the petite side for a golden in stature, but she is everything people expect from a golden - she is all smiles and sunshine and really just the sweetest soul. Even when faced with things that are clearly new to her (walking on a leash, being in a crate) she is a bit timid and unsure but looks to any humans for comfort. Her tail just does not stop wagging.

Given the environment from where she came she will need work with housebreaking and basic commands. However we think it will be a breeze as she is very eager to please.

Maeve does well with other dogs and could be placed with another friendly canine (after a meet and greet), or as your one and only. The only thing she truly needs is loving, patient and understanding people who know how lucky they are to have Maeve in their lives.

Maeve's adoption fee includes her spay, vaccinations to date and microchipping. She has also been heartworm and tick borne disease tested and had routine bloodwork and basic vet care.
