Scarlett is a sweet, lovable girl that is patiently waiting for her forever home. She is up to date on shots, worming and has been spayed. She loves attention and gets along fine with other dogs as long as they don't try to eat her dinner.......She is doing great in her foster home but would still like to have a forever home of her own.
