My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Age: 3.5 years old
Weight: 52 lbs
Vet Record: 100% vaccinated, neutered, microchipped, male

Meet Amur! This charming fellow is not just an average pup—Amur is exceptionally intelligent and eager to learn and to please his human. His intelligence makes him an ideal candidate for training, whether it's obedience, agility, or even advanced tricks.

Additionally to his intelligence, Amur is also very loving and affectionate. He shows no signs of any protective behavior, neither with people nor with dogs. He's very friendly with everyone: he is gentle with kids, does not mind cats, and is playful with dogs. He walks like a pro on a leash and enjoys every moment of playtime, whether it's a backyard game or an adventure-filled hike in the great outdoors.

Amur is truly an extraordinary shepherd and we are sure he will impress you with his intelligence and melt your heart with his affection and loyalty. He will quickly adjust to your lifestyle and make a terrific companion. Ready to adopt this special guy? Fill out our adoption application.

Note: Sochi Dogs Rescue works on a foster to adopt model. All of our adopters have a 1-week trial period to decide if the dog is the right match for you. Should you decide the adoption is not working out, you can notify us within the first week and we will coordinate a time to take the dog back into a foster home and issue a refund of the adoption fee minus $75.
