Bella is a gentle, sweet, and slightly timid year-old dog. She's spayed and up to date on shots. She'll lie by your feet, her brown eyes softly asking for affection. Bella wasn't used as a Livestock Guardian dog and isn't promoted as one. She's the perfect pet, looking for her forever home and family.

ICARE is a non-profit organization dedicated to compassionate animal care and alleviating animal suffering. It was established in 2002 and quickly gained momentum, holding a significant public meeting in April 2003, featuring a guest speaker from the Humane Society of Independence County. This meeting led to the election of officers and a Board of Directors.

Today, ICARE operates entirely on the strength of volunteers. These dedicated individuals in Izard County work tirelessly to support the organization’s mission, providing care and relief to animals in need.
