My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Ariana is a sweet little tuxedo girl. She may come across as shy at first, but when she warms up to you she becomes playful and loving.

Like any kitten with endless energy, Ariana loves to play and play all day. Some of her favorite toys are fuzzy balls and feather wands, but she is also entertained with shadows!

When she’s not playing, Ariana enjoys pets and cuddle time from trusted humans. She sometimes likes to have alone time however, seeking out the highest place in the house to hide.

Ariana lives with her brother Aidan and mom Averie. Since he’s the more adventurous one, Aidan has become Ariana’s security blanket, and she spends most of her time with him. In fact, the two are close friends and it’s highly recommended that they be adopted together.

Ariana needs time to get used to new people and learn to trust them, but once she does she comes out of her shell. She would thrive in a calm and quiet household, but would do well in a home with children as long as they are taught to give her space and win her confidence to make her feel secure. It would be best if Aidan were to be with her.

You will be emailed a link to our online adoption contract. Simply fill it out online to transfer ownership from the rescue to you!

Once you complete the online application using the below link, you will be able to discuss and ask questions directly to the foster parent. We believe this is a big advantage to you as our organization is completely foster based, we really understand our cats personalities at a deep level. This helps to ensure a great match with you and your family.

Completing our online application does not commit you to adopt from our rescue. Rather it helps us to understand your requirements and match you with the best possible cat or kitten.

Once you complete the application and it is approved, we can set up a meet and greet and if all works out, you may bring the kittens or cats home the same day. Please make sure to bring an adequately sized pet carrier with you to your meet and greet. We recommend a pet carrier which opens from the top as this is the easiest way to place a cat inside a carrier. If you do decide to adopt, we do expect you to take home your cat the same day as there are so many cats and kittens which need to be rescued from high kill shelters, we almost always rescue a new cat or kitten the very next day. If it is not possible for you to take your cat or kitten home the same day, we do charge a boarding fee of $10 per day for supplies and to encourage you to take your newly adopted cat home. We will board for a maximum of 3 days if needed to allow you time to get needed supplies.

Our adoption fees are listed at the link below. This fee includes full vetting, flea treatment, de-worming, spay surgery, FeLV and FIV test, microchip insertion, and vaccinations up to date for the kittens or cats age. We are able to PayPal or most major credit cards for the adoption fee.
